Step 1. Make 10 dc in 3rd ch from hook.

Step 2. In the next ch make (3 sc) x 31
Finishing Catepiller
Sl st in the last st. End off and weave in ends. Set piece aside.
Rnd 1.
With leaf color and size H hook, ch 17. Sc in the 2nd ch from hook and in each of the next 3 chs. Hdc in each of the next 4 chs. Dc in each of the next 4 chs. Trc in each of the next 3 chs. In the end ch make 7 trc.working on the opposite side of the ch, trc in each of the next 3 chs. Dc in each of the next 4 chs. Hdc in each of the next 4 chs. Sc in each of the next 4 chs. Do not join. At this point, make a paper template of the middle of the leaf.
Rnd 2.
Sc into the 1st sc made on rnd 1. Hdc in the next st. Make 3 dc in the next st. Ch 2 and sl st in the same st and in the next st. [Sc in the next st, hdc in the next st and dc in the next st. In next st make (3 trcs, ch 3 and sl st.)] 3 times. Sc in each of the next 2 sts. In the next st, make (hdc, 5 dc and hdc.) Sc in each of the next 2 sts. [In next st make (sl st, ch 3 and 3 trcs.) Dc in the next st, hdc in the next st and sc in the next st.] 3 times. Sl st into each of the next 2 sts. Ch 2 and make 3 dc in the same st. Hdc in the next st and sc in the next st. Join at base. End off and weave in the end. Make opposite leaf in the same manner.
Assembling
Using your template draw the image onto the milk jug.
Step 2.
Cut out shape with scissors.
Step 3.
Glue only the side of one leaf to the plastic.
Step 4.
Glue the 2 leaves together at the edges only.
Step 5.
Run the wire through only the top 2 spirals of the worm. Bend the end of the wire and Glue to the head.
Step 6.
Glue Eyes to the top of the head.
Step 7.
Insert wire through bottom of leaf.
Step 8.
Glue bead to the pulling end. You are finished.
