Assembling

Place front and back tog with wrong sides facing, and sc around the edges. Join to the 1st sc with sl st. End off and weave in the end.

Step 10 of 10

Cut a 36" piece of white yarn and fold in half. Draw loop through any corner. Working with the double tail, ch 12 for hanger end off leaving a long tail. Draw the tail through the same corner. Knot securely and weave in the end. Insert bags in the opening
